Where are you based?
Kia ora, I live in a small town in the South Island of New Zealand
Are all of your designs hand stitched?
Yes, no machine embroidery here. Some pieces have designs printed onto the background fabric and details only are hand stitched.
Do you offer custom designs?
Sorry not at the moment.
Do you offer Gift Vouchers?
Sorry not at this time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! You can find more detailed information with pricing on my Shipping Policy Page.
What kind of fabric do you use?
I use either a quilting cotton, calico or various linens.
Can I use your designs and recreate them myself?
No. Please head to my Terms and Conditions page for further clarification regarding rights to artwork and images.
How do I best look after my Cheese Before Bedtime piece?
I recommend using a sticky lint roller over the surface of the piece weekly to keep it free from dust. I also recommend keeping your piece out of direct sunlight to reduce fading over time. If framing your piece, use a high quality glass that cuts as much UV as possible to prevent fading.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All orders are carefully wrapped in custom Cheese Before Bedtime tissue so they will be perfect for gifting to others, or yourself!
Will you ever make embroidery kits?
Yes, I hope to very soon!
Patterns
Are the PDF patterns suitable for beginners?
Yes, I believe any level can achieve my designs. The only thing you might need is patience. My designs are not technically difficult however do have tiny details and shading so allow yourself plenty of time to enjoy completing them.
I got the pattern sent to the wrong email address, can you change the email please?

Can I sell products I make from your patterns?
No sorry, you can gift them or keep them for yourself. All images are copyright and not transferable. You can find more information regarding this on the Terms and Conditions page sent with your pattern.
Can I share my finished embroidery images online?
Yes, I’d love to see how you go. Please share to Instagram using the hashtag #cbbdiypattern
I can’t find my download or email with the link, can you resend it to me?
Please let me know if you are having issues at amy@cheesebeforebedtime.art and I will see what I can do.
My Pattern download link expired. Can you resend me the link?
Links for downloading your pattern only last for 24 hours so be sure to download the file and save it to your computer as soon as possible. The link can be found on your Order Confirmation email. If you try to access the downloadable links after 24 hours a new email will be sent to you. If you have any troubles with this process please contact me amy@cheesebeforebedtime.art
