Your orders are dispatched from Alexandra, Otago, New Zealand. Please allow 1-3 working days for dispatch and 2-4 working days for delivery.

Our courier company for shipping within New Zealand is NZ Post. Once your item has been collected by NZ Post your tracking number will be sent out to your email address provided at checkout.

Courier packages cannot be sent to a P.O. Box so please use a physical address at the checkout. Ensure the delivery address and receivers name for your order is accurate and complete, as we may be unable to change these details once your order has been placed. No additional charges are made for rural addresses.

We ship worldwide using NZ Post’s Economy International Air service. All parcels sent overseas are tracked to your door. Please allow 1-3 working days for dispatch and 28 days maximum for delivery.

Please ensure the delivery address and receivers name for your order is accurate and complete, as we may be unable to change these details once your order has been placed.

Customs forms on all international orders require an accurate value price to be entered. Cheese Before Bedtime has no control over any customs or import duties that could incur when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable.

Production timing and estimated shipping dates on ‘made to order’ or customised pieces will be discussed pre-purchase.

Pre-orders may be available for some specific products, in which case detailed shipping release estimates will be given in the item description pre-purchase.
