Returns Policy
Because of the handmade nature of Cheese Before Bedtime products and services, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted. Returns and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. If you have a question or concern about an order, please contact amy@cheesebeforebedtime.art within 7 days of receiving your order.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
All products are checked before being sent, but if for some reason you receive your order and find a fault with it please contact us as soon as possible by email to arrange the return. Cheese Before Bedtime will pay for the cost of the return of faulty goods. Depending on stock availability a piece may be exchanged or refunded.
You must contact us via email before shipping your faulty return to us.

Goods must be returned in the original state that they were sent to you, unused and in the original packaging.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside New Zealand.
All refunds are made back to the card you used for the purchase and will be credited as soon as goods are received and checked by Cheese Before Bedtime.
We do not provide refunds or exchanges for customers who have changed their minds so please shop wisely.
Made to order pieces or customised pieces are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable.
All ‘SALE’ items are non-returnable unless the product is faulty.
PDF Patterns or digital products are non-refundable.
Cheese Before Bedtime will observe your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) regarding faulty goods.
